Hello
I have done VLCD's on and off for the last few years. The first time being very successful. Then regaining due to binging. Then I have had numerous false starts since.
I have had the flu like symptoms before but I am sure never this bad. Maybe I have forgotten as its been that long since I got passed Day 4.
I have a pain in my back, upper centre right. That could be from gym ( had a hard session as knew I would have to cut down on VLCD) the legs and arms ache like the flu. I get tired so easily. I just feel like I want to sleep and my tongue is coated in yakky stuff. :-0. My throat hurts to.
Is this normal? I remember feeling weak but never this bad. I feel totally in " the Zone" this time. I dont want to give up!
