I weigh at home so did it wen i got up ... 1 pound off .... bit gutted but way better than putting on eh :eek: xxxxx
 
Cool 1lb is great, I lose weight slowly.
But as my leader always says it's better to lose it slowly n it stay off than to lose it really quick n not get time to learn to change your lifestyle permanently x
 
Sorry I've been offline for a few days. I'm starting to get the hang of the points plan now. It really makes a difference to write everything down doesn't it? I'm only on my 2nd week and it should be weigh in tomorrow but the meeting has been cancelled so I'm hoping that doesn't throw me off track. Today I've had:

Lamb in pitta bread with low fat humus and salad
2 x bacardi and coke!

Hi claire, just having a little nose at your diary and threads hope u dont mind.
I see you said you sts on your second week,how are you doing now?have u had a WI since then??in my first week i had philidelphia on ww toast for breakfast everyday and i only lost 1.5 (the girl i joined with who only weighs a little more than me,lost 4.5) so my leader said maybe im eating too much bread,so on my second week i had fruit and cereal bar for breakfast or just fruit,and i lost 2pound. Just a little thought really if your still not having losses.
Also i pigged out soo much on my third week and gained 1.5! I was soo upset but it motivated me to b good the next week,and week 4 i lost 3 :) so im in my 5th week so far and only plan to do it for 7weeks in total as then in going on holiday and will hopefully be slimmer.

Hey, all input welcome :) Yeah i thought i may be eating too much bread, breakfast is hard wen ur in a rush but maybe like you i should have cereal bars & fruit .. I lost only 1 pound on my last weigh in, pretty guttin considerin i stick religiously to the points ... Im aiming to get down to 9stone so fingers crossed it wont take too long, good luck on your weight loss and hopefully u will reach your goal for your holiday :cool::cool: xxxxx

Just had another ... sooooo nice, made my fella one and hes in love tooooo ... 7points are so worth it, and its really filling too ... thumbs up! im addicted :flirt2:
