ProPoints SIMPLY FILLING DIARY ... So close to goal ......

Do you struggle at the weekends Claire or still normally under you dailies?

i want to loose about the same amount as you and thus far, this is how i've done

week 1 - 2.5lbs
week 2 +0.5lbs
week 3 - 1.5lbs
week 4 STS
week 5 STS
week 6 + 0.5lbs
week 7 - 2lbs
week 8 STS
week 9 STS
week 10 didnt go
week 11 - 0.5lbs

so you can see its been a verrrrrrrrrrry slow progress so far, i just want a consistant 1lbs per week, but just cant seem to get it :(

Hey, i dont ever seem to struggle buuut, im finding my weight loss to be very sloooow like you, literally every week ive either stayed the same or lost a pound .... I exercise so i dont know whether that hinders a bigger loss because its turning fat into muscle .... do you exercise? ..... i think this diet is just suppose to keep you to a healthy lifestyle so you can loose weight but in a slow pace .... as i think you would feel hungry all the time otherwise, if you wanted bigger losses .... good luck and keep in touch with how your doing :cool:
 
Plus i think wen you want to loose a small amount like us, i think it takes longer to loose .. i only wanna loose about a stone whereas some people wanna loose up to 6 stone ... and i think wen they eventually hit the 1 stone to loose, they will prob find their losses to be slow too, if you get me ... xx
 
Im the same as u 2, i dont have a great deal to loose, i also am a proper gym addict, i lost 5lbs in week 1 and 1lb in week 2, weeks 3 and 4 i have stayed the same, i was feeling a little disheartend........my boyf kept saying he could see a difference tho so out came the measuring tape and ive lost 2 inches of each thigh and my waist! so i think its probs similar for u the whole muscle weighs more that fat thing......as annoying as it is xxx
 
Awww well done !! Ive just lost another lb this week AGAIN, its takin me ages to get to half a stone ... but your right tho, maybe were best to measure ourselves than weigh due to our exercise levels ... good luck on your weight loss, keep in touch n let me know how your gettin on :flirt2:

Iv had 2 mini crunchies and a packet of french fries tonight :) all within my daily points tho!!

Ideally 9stone is my first goal so 9lbs left to go but id love to be a perfect 8 and a Half stone so 14lb to go ... if i loose a lb a week i will be at my goal just in time for my holiday :cool: .... how you gettin on? xxxx
 
Hey Claire bear, you have approx the same stats as me!! I was over 11 stone last year and lost 22lbs...this year I've lost 7lbs and want to get to 8.7 by september, so about another half stone to go, but it's soooo slow, most weeks I sts or just loose 1/2 lb, but slowly but surely getting there!! Got my silver 7 last Tuesday :) but had a bad week this week, however planning in being very good from until Tuesday.
