Well what a day yesterday....had my nieces 1st birthday party. Had porridge for breakfast and then ate sandwiches.cake.sausages.crisps at party. Had no lunch or dinner as felt full from all my rubbish eating... Total came to 62pp so that was my 29pp dailies + 33pp from my weeklies. Got my periods yesterday at the party too. Im sooooo hungry today but am determined to have a loss this week even if it kills me :)

You are doing brilliant. I was wondering did you tell your leader how much exercise your doing....maybe you should be on more pp's. Hope you get a good loss this week, you really do deserve it xx

Ah thanks MrsLmc. I had a sneaky look on the scales this morning and they still show the same... sickening!!! i have done 7 exercise classes since my last weigh in and being good food wise. if i dont lose then im gonna be so upset... although i do have my periods which might mess things up!

And yer doing brilliantly on the exercise.. U make me feel so guilty!!
Am surprise ya'v not seen a loss now in a few weeks.. But as I said the other day, and I'm sure you know already, you'r building muscle and toning up, and a cup of muscle will weigh more than a cup of fat.. So dont lose motivation hun.. Your doing amazing..
I bet you feel better in yourself and more comfortable in your clothes??
 
Hello! Just been reading your diary, you're do so well to stay so motivated after not losing for a couple of weeks! I'm sure you will start to se results on the scales soon. xx
 
Hiya, went to class today and there was a girl there in the same boat as you. She was using her 29 dailes, but not really going near her weeklies, she was doing lots of exercise. She lost 1/2 lb after an excellent week. Our leader told her to eat all her weeklies, that is she was exercising everyday she needed more than the minimum because that covers people who don't do any exercise iykwim. She said if she didn't use her weeklies then she needed to use her ap's. Just thought I'd tell you :) xx
