My CDC has suggested my becoming a CDC - not sure about it, we'll see!

Sheer bloody-mindedness makes me stick to the diet, simple as that!

I am never hungry so don't need to pick at food.

If I have a chocolate craving I have CD Hot Chocolate/ CD bar or CD fudge I can make!

If I have a crisp craving I can make some from the soup mix.
