EDIT: ended up having flat bread margheritta pizza from kensington park cafe..

Was off the plan yesterday on purpose. Had a small mountain of buttered toast

These days I've been starting out as a SW day but ending up with too many syns that I decide to go even more off the plan. Destructive behaviour..

Brakfast:

Pleased to report that I've stuck to it yesterday despite having a weakness moment when I wanted to munch on some crisps (haven't).

I've been on the plan but my DD was ill and so wasn't online to update.
I've had a small loss when I weighed myself on Sunday..
I'm pleased to say that I'm finally under 11 stones!! At 10 stones 13 1/4 !!

I dont think I can remember my food beyond yesterday so, to catch up.. yesterday I had:
B: 2 wheat biscuits + milk (HexA 1 and HexB 1)
scrambled eggs with frozen vegs and ham and baked beans
1/2 an apple and 1/2 a banana
L: lots of pasta in tomato and garlic sauce with spinach and broccoli
1/2 pot fat free danon vanilla, 2 tbsp ricotta cheese (4 syns)
D: roast chicken (skinless) SW roasting and some frozen vegs
1 tbsp oil (6 syns)


Total syns: 10

* I know it's not strictly to SW rules, but it makes sense to me to do that way.

small bite toast and peanut butter (4syns as it was 1/4 standard wholemeal toast with half a teaspoon cruncy PB)
1/8 avocado (1.5 syns)

2 small jacket potato with tabasco and low fat cottage cheese
coffee

HexA 1: 5 Extra light laughing cow cheese triangles
HexA 2: 180ml whole milk (+3 syns)
