Ended up having a couple of slices of bread with tomato ketchup, extra light mayo and quorn sausages then about 5 or 7 chunks of green and black 85% chocolate

I probably consummed an extra 25 syns .. however I'm pleased that I resisted having a drink as it would've probably been much higher than that.

We just got back from a villa in Dalyan turkey, we were there for 10 days so been off plan for 2.5 weeks in total. The villa was gorgeous, and the resort very lovely and friendly but not loud so perfect for family's.

We have already booked up for next September for two weeks this time whoo hoo so god help me because with weekends included it will be nearly 3 weeks off plan but intend to at least do some form of restraint this time haha dare nor weigh myself (although official WI day is Friday) so will have to do it tomorrow eeeek

Congratulations on setting a date...so it's January 2012 so 4 months away? Yikes you need to get some serious wedding planning started...but I LOVED planning our wedding(18months I had) and was crying on the wedding night as it was "all over" haha although I was 16 weeks pregnant so that's my excuse :)
 
WOW.. I've never been to turkey but would love to go there one day.

Not been on holiday for ages here.. but hopefully will go away in February next year when we've sorted our finances a bit better..

The wedding's going to be a very very small and simple one.. so not too bad.

Obviously, I'd like to look a bit slimmer for my wedding pictures but it's not really the main motivation here..still, it is motivating enough if you know what i mean..

Oh the dreaded WI.............. I've been off the plan for a few days..

Had a girls night out yesterday.. and actually... I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would..
I realised how much I like nights in with some yummy food and something nice to watch on TV rather than faff around to get from A to B and then have drunk men approach me..
I'm going to have a lovely night in tonight and this time, i really look forward to it!
