Just wrote the post and pressed the mouse and it disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!

Been mucking abiut for ages tryin to loose weight so I am now giving this 100%!!! Tried cambridge and slimfast but need food........

Here goes please feel free to comment if you think I could change anything: -

15.07.10 - Extra Easy

Brekkie - 2 scrabled eggs, 2 turkey rashers, mushrooms, ketchup (1)

Apple, grapes

Lunch - home made chicken and veg soup

Tea - Pasta, mushrooms, red onion, peppers, courgette, ww pasta sauce (2)

A - Milk B - Hi-fi Bar
3 mini milks - 4 1/2

So ended the day on 7.5 sins

Please do comment and let me know what you think. I made sure I had plenty of veg with each meal.

Remember laods of fruit and veg Hun and other than that...excellent menu.
Also remember variety to keep the body guessing and working at the food you are eating.

Curly Wurly - 6

Total - 11 sins
