The title says it all,Im on the verge after 3 years of research having a Gastric Band 
So I started Weightwatchers on 01/3/10 in hope this time I will change my lifetime of yoyoing and emotional eating.
Day 3 of WW and Im feeling this can work,if it doesnt I have to look at the realistic dangers of an Operation,general anasetic and infection of a Lap Band
I have actually to get to the healthy bmi 25 to lose 7 stones 7lbs or 105lbs :cry:
I have spent 4 years on cambridge diet and Ligherlife,celebrity slim,W8,and another vlcd meal replacement and sadly I am 3 stone 2 lbs heavier
thats me not the plan they all work its just maintance that fails my mind,its like in 2006 I was 18lbs off bmi 25 18lbs????? So I feel get my mind on this plan for life and EXERCISE!!!!!
I did areobics in 2006 2-3 times a week and walked alot but since 2005 I have moved house 6 times had bad depression,found my 'partner' cheated moved out the family house now live alone with my 3 children so emotionally I have used food as a friend.
So I hope this diary will show how I do this get over the fact 'DIETS' dont work life time healthy eating and exercise do
