Does anyone else find that being on exante helps them to sleep better. For the past few months I have gown increasingly more tired due to not sleeping well at night...waking up two-three times, coupled with 50-60hours at work with 15hr shifts and you have a green eyed monstor!! :8855:

The last couple of nights I have slept through the night and last night I slept for 10hours!! Bliss......

Now of course I have taken the whole of this week off work to help with going through carb withdrawel so I dont know how my body will react to work but I am feeling more energised than ever at the moment!

I was thinking the same thing this morning. It takes me a while to get to sleep but I think that's because I'm waiting for my bladder to fill up again! But once asleep I'm fine. I've also stopped snoring lol.
