awww thanks ladies for the encouragement, it really does help! well day 6 almost over, cant believe ive nearly done a full week 100% im so chuffed, in the past when i have tried to restart S&S ive caved in after the second day but not this time, im bloody determined! WI on wednesday i did have a look yesterday on the scales and it said i was 4lbs lighter which is good considering id lost 4lbs the week before following WW not officially and the loss was a fluke id just deceided to start reducing my carbs so that S&S wouldnt be such a shock lol!
So today ive been busy teaching, im off tomorrow so nice chilled day then megga busy till saturday which is always a good thing i find this diet easier when im kept busy and away from the kitchen lol!
Today ive had:
Banana shake made as mush i just used less water and mixed it like a mousse, it was disgusting so i added more water and had it as a shake instead
Lunch was a BL bar as im waiting for my order to arrive tomorrow so im running out on things, i will be having bars every lunch time as im on the road most of the week and cant be stopping every 2 mins for a wee like i would have to if i was having shakes
Dinner was a turkey tikkha stir fry using mushrooms, white caggabe, green cabbage, beanspouts and a tad soya sauce! i put it in a bowl so it looked like i had loads ha
Cant wait for my order to arrive tomorrow, im desparate for one of the choc brownies i made the other day with the choc shake
So now i need to drink quite abit seen as ive only had just over 1 litre of fluids today just been that busy got a tad bit of an headache but thats not suprising really, dehydration is not good on this diet!!!
