That's very true about out tastes! Last time I did this I loved the cottage pie but I sickened myself with them! I have porridge, shakes sometimes made as mousses, bars plus the odd meal too! My fav is the original porridge side into a cookie! Going to try the choc shake made into a cookie that's meant to be lovely!
 
Well day 4 of week 1
One thing I've noticed Is that I'm sleeping really well since restarting! Im somehow finding it easier than I thought I would but it is only early days so lets see if I'm this motivated in a few weeks time!

My oh's kids are staying with us and my down fall in the last have been kids sweets so I'm keeping myself occupied and out of their sweets cupboard! I just keeping thinking to myself that in a months time I should be over a stoner lighter do that's motivating me!

I did have a sneaky peak on the scales before I've lost 3lbs since weds AM which is ok but I want more than that off by weds AM so I'm hoping for a whoosh nearer weds! Been drinking loads, following the plan and walking so no reason ehh I can't get a few more pounds off :)
 
Keep moving and drinking it will melt off!! :)

Sweets Oooer LOL my oh is so strict I don't have to worry about his food. Kids have fish n chips on a Saturday, so used to it now dosent bother me LOL

Well for breaksfast i have just had the nicest yumiest thing ive tasted since being back on S&S! i made the crispy choc into a cookie and verdict!!!! GORGEOUS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I have a sreal bad sweet tooth and this has sorted me right out, its quicte sickly especially towards the end but defo satisifed my sweet tooth, it goes kindof gooey like a realc choc brownie with hard bits in!

Well ive ran out of them so will order more on my next oorder yumy yumy!
 
Just had a mint BL bar it cost £2.29 from Asda it's larger than S&S but certainly doesn't taste as nice ! Plus higher on calories however I've burnt them off with 20 mins on my steeper/cross training! 10 mins weight, squats and lunges and 2 hours brisk cleaning the house! In loving ketosis

Can't believe I'm not hungry I'm having to force myself to eat! Lol cant wait to get in the 11s I've been in the 12s/13s for too long!

Anyway off shopping now! House shopping not food or clothes, I need some bits for my bathroom and conservatory :))))) woop woop

Ugh I hate those bars yuck!! Dietimeal do some lush ones from lowcarbmegastore but i find them so nice I over eat them LOL

Yeah I've seen those! I am going to buy a few bits from there to keep costs down for the future! I'll be using some packs for maintenance :) I've got almost 3weeks worth of slim and save so I intend to get through that then get some bars and bits off there :)
 
Day 5 week 1
Still feeling good! I had a sneaky look at the scales and wasn't best impressed so im hoping for a whoosh on Tuesday I've followed the plan 100% so no reason why I can't get a big loss!!

So today I'm having a chilled day, firstly going to jump on the cross trainer for abit :)

Haha I knew what you meant Sonia my name is Sonia too nice to meet you! :) thank you I will let you know how I get on! I lost 4ib last week on ww but I only did that to slowly start reducing my carbs so that giving up food and carbs wouldn't be too much of a shock lol
 
Well almost the end of day 5 and I'm certainly on a roll :) I'm so chuffed with my dedication I've benn surrounded by all sorts of temptation and resisted high five me woop woop!

Back to work tomorrow I always find it easier beginning of the week!

Weekends are much harder arnt they

awww thanks ladies for the encouragement, it really does help! well day 6 almost over, cant believe ive nearly done a full week 100% im so chuffed, in the past when i have tried to restart S&S ive caved in after the second day but not this time, im bloody determined! WI on wednesday i did have a look yesterday on the scales and it said i was 4lbs lighter which is good considering id lost 4lbs the week before following WW not officially and the loss was a fluke id just deceided to start reducing my carbs so that S&S wouldnt be such a shock lol!

So today ive been busy teaching, im off tomorrow so nice chilled day then megga busy till saturday which is always a good thing i find this diet easier when im kept busy and away from the kitchen lol!

Today ive had:
Banana shake made as mush i just used less water and mixed it like a mousse, it was disgusting so i added more water and had it as a shake instead
Lunch was a BL bar as im waiting for my order to arrive tomorrow so im running out on things, i will be having bars every lunch time as im on the road most of the week and cant be stopping every 2 mins for a wee like i would have to if i was having shakes
Dinner was a turkey tikkha stir fry using mushrooms, white caggabe, green cabbage, beanspouts and a tad soya sauce! i put it in a bowl so it looked like i had loads ha

Cant wait for my order to arrive tomorrow, im desparate for one of the choc brownies i made the other day with the choc shake

So now i need to drink quite abit seen as ive only had just over 1 litre of fluids today just been that busy got a tad bit of an headache but thats not suprising really, dehydration is not good on this diet!!!
 
possibly done my signature abit wrong, i will record exact weight loss on weds and minus the 1lb otherwise i'll get confused lol
 
Ahhhhhhh first negative comment in the diet not bad for 6 days! I suffer with reflux and have to take medication when I need too and up until now I haven't however I've noticed that if I go longer than 4 hours between packs it kicks off and my god it's on a high tonight! I've had turkey tikka too wondering if that has made it worse!!!! Agony Isnt the word :( boooooooooooo
 
Oh no, that sounds rough. Hope you feel a little better and the tablets do the job. Well done for getting through today.
