So.... I'm on CD but have just ordered the full sample pack from Slim & Save.....HELP

Hi there

As I said above I am on Cambridge but would like something where I don't need to find time to see a counsellor and don't feel I need one so went looking around the minimins website and found Slim & Save. It looks pretty good and I've ordered the full pack of samples to try over the next week.

Can anyone fill me in on the basics of this diet? I know I should have 4 a day if I have no other food but wondered what I can have if I only want 3 packs? and what is the veg allowance - does everyone use this?

Also what are the losses like - are they comparable to other VLCD's. ie. about a stone a month?

the meals - are they like a thick soup???

Yeah the losses are like other VLCD about a stone a month.

3 packs a day + portien meal and 200g of veg (Some people opt for the veg or not and it's only certain veg) Plus u have to take vits if u do 3 packs a day

4 packs a day + 200g of veg also.

And there's a milk allowance but can't remember how much of the top of my head.

You do get a sheet with your order telling u all of this

The milk allowance is 150ml of skimmed or unsweetened soya a day. The soups and shakes can be as thick or runny as you choose to make them :-D
