Looks like I'll hopefully reach goal earlier than I intended.

Today the scales are showing I have 2lbs left.

So, do I continue and try and get to my ultimate goal of 10stone or do I go onto refeeding earlier than I expected to and try and maintain/lose a little more that way?

Either way I'm happy and shocked that I've almost done it. Way back at the start I didn't think I'd last longer than a week :D

well done :) another week on TFR would see you well past your goal and give you a little leeway on your re feed the week after:) well done anyway:)

HI hun stay on LT for the week and then refeed, A friend of mine who did LT a few years ago, stayed on it until she hit her goal then refed and still lost a further 1/2 st, then balanced out.

Yeah thats what I plan to do - didn't make it very clear in my post, lol
I should deffo be at goal next week if not past it (however totm is due so goodness knows :rolleyes:)
