poor little ones. Hope they are feeling better really soon. Food wise it can't be helped when you are not feeling well. i love lucazade. My mum always used to buy that for me when i was little.

I am bunged up with a cold and struggling to eat much. typical in time for weekend.

Hiya its not going too good I am poorly so not eating very well. I have got next to no energy and just want to sleep all day but being a parent that impossible
