Sonyas Dukan Diary .....the start to a new thinner healthier me!

Update your stats, set yourself some mini goals, get rid of the rubbish out the house, stock on dukan essentials, get cooking, prep prep prep, obsess if you have to :), you have less to lose than I did and I'm flakier than anybody :D...if I can do it, you can do it xx

Hi all..... Its me again. Back for round 3. I am all stocked up and hopefully going to stick with it this time as I am feeling mentally stronger. So.... Will update my stats...and get back on attack. I have missed you all, so proud of all your losses! I need this inspiration to get me motivated. X

Morning all. I know I should have jumped back in but its been so hard with the kids being off school, days out , socialising etc so it wasn't the best time to start. So what I have done is try to mentally prepare myself. Get rid of stuff I can't have and look at my portion sizes etc. Been also doing a lot of reading up on motivational sites. Kids go back to school tomorrowso its the big start. I weighed today and have lost 2lb by cutting out snacking. I am hoping I can shed the 3 stone I need to with the help of dr dukan and my friends here. So ... See you here tomorrow ! Thanks again for being there. X

Hi Sid, yesterday went well as I was prepared! Yoghurt and bran breakfast,beef and cottage cheese lunch, 4 crabsticks as snack. Salmon fillet with lemon and chilli for tea..plenty of water and 2 glasses of diet coke.. Had a poached egg and fat free yoghurt for breakfast. Got lunch and dinner prepared..plus a lb off when I got on scales since yesterday..so feeling motivated! Plus kids are back at school so back to my walks on a morning. Thanks sid for the encouragement x
 
Sonya, I know it must be difficult with the kids, but get on you diary every day to keep you in track x have a good evening x
