has anyone attempted to make yorkshire pudding with soya flour......its a killer without them :(

I often use a 50/50 or 70/30 mixture of soya flour and ground almonds (almond flour, some call it) for pancakes.

They turn out just yummy.

The ground almonds seem to counteract the strong and sometimes rather bitter flavour of the soya.

I use oat flour too, mixed in the same proportions, just for a change.
