Im thinking about adding a few "speed days" to my plan next week, for a wee boost.

These are my meal plans - just hoping they are correct! I am only going to eat speed or superspeed foods for 2 or 3 days (dont think I could do a whole week!!). Feel free to comment/correct me if I make any mistakes. I will still have my usual HEs alongside.

Day 1

Breakfast - cherries, mandarin, kiwi & strawberries

Lunch - Butternut squash soup, asparagus salad (lettuse, tomatoes, cucumber, celery)

Dinner - stir fried mange tout, baby corn, mushrooms, peppers, onion, courgette, beansprouts & chicken

HEs - 6 wholegrain crackerbreads & extra light laughing cow cheese

Snacks - fruit, soup

Day 2

Breakfast - as above

Lunch - Baked beans on toast (heb)

Dinner - smoked haddock in milk & parsley, mashed swede, carrots

Snacks - fruit, lentil soup

Day 3

Breakfast as above, glass of milk (hea)

Lunch - Quorn mince, kidney beans, passata, onion & mushrooms

Dinner - cod, HEB of potatoes in skins, cabbage & peas

Snacks - fruit & roasted cauliflower soup


Id also have up to 15 syns per day. Please tell me if I have included something that isnt a speed or SS food.

Wow, this looks VERY speedy haha good luck hun!!

I am also trying to eat as many speed foods- tho i havent planned next week yet (been out all day so going to plan tomoro).
