Speed Food Challenge

Ohhhh can I join in too please??? Today I've had:
Melon
Strawberries
butternut squash
Onion
Tomatoes
Baked beans
Mushy peas
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Carrots
Swede
Chicken

Really hope this thread will make me think more about S/SS :D x
 
I have just found a down side to this challenge, I had been upping my speeds food during the day, flipped through the new mag and saw the hidden veg bolognaise, I thought oh thats a good way to up it and it was but have I suffered with wind and runs this morning - prob be a good idea on WI day lol.
 
Today has not been great on the speed food front but heres my list:

Peppers - red/yellow/green
Garden peas
Mushrooms
Broccoli
Spring onions
Beetroot
Pickled onions
Baked beans
Mushy peas

Not too bad actually now I've seen list but I'm aiming for more tomorrow :)

Lol Owl4eva, just read your post after my 3rd visit to the loo, but here goes with my list for today

Breakfast: Banana? Strawberries, Satsumas
Lunch: Carrots, Celery, OnionsTomatoes
Dinner: Beetroot, Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Lettuce, Onions, Peppers, Radishes, Tomatoes and Watercress
Snacks: Satsumas, Cherries, Strawberries, Kiwi and Pineapple
 
So far

red grapefruit(ss)
strawberries(ss)
melon(ss)
mushrooms(sf)
pineapple(s)
 
Today hasn't been great but here goes:

Apple
Pear
Banana
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Pickled beetroot
Pickled onions
Baked beans

Will be soooo much better tomorrow coz I've been to Market today and got loads of fruit! :D x

I've given myself a tummy ache today cos I've not had baked beans for ages...

It's my wi tom morning so it'll be interesting to see if this has helped!!

TMI warning!!

I don't 'go to the loo' unless I take laxatives :( and I eat sooo much fruit & veg. For example, today I have eaten:

Strawberries
banana
grapes
kiwi
apples x3
baked potato
baked beans
lettuce
peppers (red/green/orange/yellow)
red onion
cucumber
cherry tomatoes x8
Pickled beetroot (x9 baby)

That doesn't sound right tho-are you drinking enough water to cope with all the extra fibre you're putting into your body tho? Hope you get that fixed

To be honest I have the same problem a lot & drink at least 2 litres of water per day :( only things that help me are scan bran, baked beans & mushy peas (all in same day!) or speed soup lol x

Probably not Welshtigger, but when I was monitoring (for about 3 weeks) how much I drank it made no difference except peeing for Britain, so don't drink quite as much as I did. However, am going to try increasing fluid intake again and see if there's any change this time as I am now eating more varied veggies having discovered I like peppers and BNS :)

Well I lost a pound thank god...hoping that our little challenge has something to do with it..

yumty. And most stunningly I have no tum ache - which usually happens when I consume large amounts of veggies. Although I've had a red day today which seems to have helped.

Oh, not too bad now I see it written down. Thought chickpeas were speed but they aren't. Good fibre though :D
