Not as good as yesterday but I'm a bit pee'd off that I STS @ WI :(

Thanks hun I love it, have it in soup everyday lol....plus today I had it my shepherd's pie and tonight hubby has chopped up a load and left it in the fridge for a snack if I feel like it lol...maybe I eat too much of it but I do love it any way it comes lol x
 
can i join... really need to loose 3lbs to get my 3 stone... weigh in thursday , lost 1.5lb last week as i increased my fruit and veg intake

That's a pretty good list Farmer me. Any of the Speed or Super Speed are supposed to be 'best' And you are losing well with what you have done :D I saw another post that advised not to have too many grapes though as they have a lot of natural sugar in them :)

Lol, just can't seem to get my head in 100% gear! Have been 2lb off my 2st shiny for 2 weeks now and seem to struggle with mini goals :(

Maybe you need to revisit your reasons for doing this, cos you know you can do it although the road is a long one, otherwise you would have pigged out by now and given up. You have done so well thus far so keep on plan and you'll soon see the difference ;)

Thanks, you're right I need to go back to why I'm doing this rather than seeing it as 'what I can't eat anymore.'. I'm not even finding SE difficult to stick to! I've sorted meals for today to get me to shopping day tomorrow then I've no excuse :D x

Good idea Funky ;) Planning meals is a gr8 idea and it helps one to stay focussed. Hope you have a more positive day hunni ;)
