Splenda - Sweetner

hello peoples

Im confussed about sweetner,
my book says try an stick to 3 packets a day - no more.

But i dont use packets, i use either the tablet form or the granular.

Whats the equililant of 3 packets of spenda??

Hi i've been counting my tea spoons as half and when I was using canderal I counted each tablet as 1 and had no problems So I don't limit them as such but i do count them in....hope that helps
