    atkins
    so far i got only 2 black coffees. not sure how i will proceed later . canned tuna fish may be. i am worried to not get wrong if i try different lean proteins during the first 2-3 days. need some practice with combining

    Remember it's not a starvation diet, make sure you eat plenty! Don't forget your oatbran allowance, either :)

    Agree its not starvation but all the protien really kills my appetite so its an effort to chow down sometimes maybe thats the key. Good luck with attck btw. :D
