Starting again today/ curry advice

:cry:Well, i've had 6 weeks off (eeek) and put on 4lbs. So starting afresh today, although going out for a curry i can't get out of later. Would a chicken/prawn tandoori be the safest option with boiled rice?
12 weeks til hols, got to do it!! xx
 
I usually (when i am being good) have tandoori (dry) king prawns of chicken with plain boiled rice. unsure of the syns at the moment, will look and get back to you.

just looked in the book and lamb rogan josh is low at 6.5syns for 350g serving or chicken dhansak is 6.5 too.
