I am starting on Lipotrim after the bank holiday weekend, away at the weekend or i'd start earlier. I have 3 stone to lose and wonder if anyone could give me some useful tips. Really excited and can't wait to start the diet, and hopefully lose the weight by July, does anyone know is this an achievable goal?
