Just wanted to say hello
I have been on this forum for a while but not been on cc side yet ;-)
I turned 27 yesterday and today is the day I start my new healthy eating plan - my aim is to lose 4stone and ideally 2/3 atones for august.
What I wanted to know was if u guys exercises everyday? And also do u eat your calories that u burn up? I will be sticking to 1200 cals.
