Back to basics
Ok, so the first thing ppl ask when starting Kettlebells is will i get results.

I've been doing Kettleworx since July and in that time i've lost over 30lb (combined with calorie counting)

Here are my CM losses for each round of kettleworx (a round is the full 6weeks: 20min x 3 a week).

Please feel free to update your results below.

Round 1: Bust 1cm, Hips 10cm, Waist 4cm, each Thigh 6cm, Calves 0, each arm 2cm

Round 2: Bust 2cm, Hips 5cm, Waist 3cm, each thigh 4cm, Calves 2.5cm, each arm 1cm

Kw adv round 1: Bust 1cm, Hips 5cm, Waist 1cm, each thigh 2cm, calves .5cm, each arm 1cm

Thanks for this. Seems like hips have the biggest inch loss! :)

Ok peeps - although my totals for each round are in my signature, this breaks it down a bit further.

Round 2: Left Arm: -0.5cm, Right Arm: 0cm, Left Thigh: -1cm, Right Thigh: -1cm, Waist (and big fat tummy!): -2cm, Hips: -5cm, Bust: -5cm. Total loss = 14.5cm

Round 3:Left Arm: -0.5cm, Right Arm: 1cm, Left Thigh: -2cm, Right Thigh: -1cm, Waist (and big fat tummy!): -3cm, Hips: -13cm, Bust: -6cm. Total loss = 26.5cm

Brilliant results and maybe you should edit the "big fat tummy bit" after all the cm's you've now lost :)

Ha Ha. Would love to but unfortunately my big fat tummy is still there. Everything's shrunk but that still has a long way to go before it comes into line with my bum and hips! Grrrrr!

Hi Donzy, that looks fantastic! Ive only been using KB for around 10 days so far but ive already lost over an inch in most places! Thats a huge achievement especially since it usually takes me to loose that much in 2-3 weeks with other workouts.
Im really impressed and keep it up :)

Hi All - the info below was posted by Kettleworx onto their Facebook site and I thought it was quite useful. :)

KettleWorx ‎"There is a misconception that muscle weighs more than fat. One pound of muscle weighs the same as one pound of fat. Muscle is more dense than fat. This explains why two people of the same weight, but with different body compositions do not look the same. This should also make those that are not seeing movements in the scale feel better. Your muscles become sculpted and more dense with more weight... bearing exercise and your clothes fit looser, but you may not see any movements on the scale yet. Remember, more exercise builds more muscle which ignites your metabolism. Also remember that the more muscle your body has, the better your metabolism burns throughout the day when you are not exercising." Tanya K. Bannwarth

Im on WW and have noticed that im loosing weight on the scales, as well firming up on kettleworx :D

I think it makes a difference if your following a specific diet that helps you loose weight.

Me too, Sarah. But we won't brag! :D

Hi - well I finished my next Round of Kettleworx on Thursday so I now have the results:

Round 5 - Advanced KW: Left Arm: -0.5cm, Right Arm: 0cm, Left Thigh: 0cm, Right Thigh: -1.5cm, Waist (and big fat tummy!): -1.5cm, Hips: -1cm, Bust: -5cm. Total loss = 9.5cm

So in total I have lost 85cm overall on KW in 5 rounds. My weight loss is currently 76lbs. I lost 6lbs on this round (combined with WW).

For the record I don't do any additional form of exercise. My results are based on doing 3 sessions of KW per week. :)

Thanks Trash. I'm still in shock I've found an exercise I actually don't mind doing!

Thanks Plum. Mucho appreciated. xx

No rest for the wicked, Donzy! :D Your weight loss is looking pretty good though, nearly at your goal. So you must be doing something right. xx

Some amazing results, I've been using kettlebells since January and it's starting pay off. I didn't measure before but I might start doing it now.
