been forgetting to fill this in, as have been organising a surprise party for my mum, thats now over so back to this. wasn't too good over the weekend, saturday had steak pie and chippy chips for din dins, sunday had deep fried shredded beef from the chinese.

monday

breakfast - 2 slices of ww wholemeal bread, 2 tsp of extra light mayo, babybel light
lunch - morrisons eat smart macaroni
dinner - double lasagne - (see website)
snacks - mixed fruit salad, 2 apples, 2 bananas, ff fromage frais, sweetener & sachet of options, 7 olives.

walked to work and back - 45 mins each way
 
tuesday

breakfast - 2 slices of ww wholemeal bread and a boiled egg (1 tsp extra light mayo) (1 syn)
lunch - morrisons eat smart macaroni (4 syns)
dinner - double pasta lasagne (recipe on here)
snacks - 2 bananas, 2 apples, mixed fruit salad, salt and pepper be good to yourself crips (4.5 syns), thin slice of birthday cake (5 syns)
 
wasn't the best today :(

breakfast - 2 slices of ww wholemeal bread (HEB) & boiled egg, 1 tsp of extra light mayo (1 syn)
lunch - baked potato with cheese (HEA)
dinner - wetherspoons chicken tikka & rice and poppodums and naan (18.5 syns), a bottle of wine (25 syns roughly),
snacks - a banana, 2 apples, packet of be good to yourself salt and pepper crisps (4.5 syns)

thursday

breakfast - 28g special k (HEB) & skimmed milk (HEA)
lunch - fat free supernoodles, lemon and herb, 6 melba toast (3 syns), extra light phily (HEA)
dinner - grilled peppers, packet of batchelors pasta
snacks - 2 bananas, packet of be good to yourself salt and pepper crisps (4.5 syns), 3 tbsp low fat creme fraiche (4.5), sachet options (2.5 syns)

walked to work and back - 40 mins each way.
