Struggling

Hello everyone
Yes im new but been doing WW PPoints for about 2 months now, was doing great got down from 180 to 165. but then i kinda feel off the wagging, but now ive gone back to 173 :cry: and i have the biggest appetite in the world!
Im not bothered about losing loads of weight, i no it says my goal is 140 but its not really, that would put in the the correct place in the bmi scale but i dont actually care about being in the overweight category as im only 5'3 and have very muscular legs, natural 36G's and i will cry when i loose them or they go under a F cup. All i want to get rid of is this gut!!
I do do workout dvds 2/3 times a week and about 40miles on in door bike once a week.
any advices guys n gals? xxx
 
Sorry you are struggling - it's not easy!

Unfortunately you can't control where the fat comes off. As you lose weight you WILL lose from your bust - in my experience stomach fat is actually the LAST thing to go!
