SuePat10s Diary

hiya

just popped over to say hi and see how things are going which don't look that great

don't let the ***** get to you. chill and it'll all be sorted. at the end of the day if they can't provide evidence of a signature and she plays difficult just report her to the police and she crap herself. nothing to worry about.

as far as your mojo, it'll come back just get your head back into the game by taking small slow steps one hour at a time. think about food drink some water, need to chew have some minty sugar free chewing gum (if it doesn't make you hungry). you can do it.

i was worried about coming back to cd ss for a 2nd time as i'd heard bad things that i was really hard to do it 2nd time round etc but it wasn't it was just the same as the first time round. i think people frighten you off sometimes and there's just no need!

remember.... today is mojo friday! :D:D:D

hi sue :) hope your ok! and plodding on with it just think of the results youl get at the end hunny x

Helloooooooooooooooooo ladies!!

Sun's still out and I still have my mojo!!!! I also have my 'more than just going for it, I'm going to nail it and some' head on.

I've worked ou that with an average loss of 4lb per week I'll reach my goal by 3rd September. At 3lb per week then it'll be 29th October.

I'm that determined to make it by then that, are you ready for this (!!), I've entered the Hastings Half Marathon which is on Sunday 20th March 2011.

I've had a look at training programs. Most have a 15 week buildup but they do recommend an additional 3 weeks before the 15 weeks if you haven't run before - which gives me a date to start training of 14th November.

I've paid my entry fee so I have to do it now!!!

Thanks for your support ladies xx

flippen eck. lol!

it's hard training for a half marathon, the running of it is the easy bit lol. i'm in training for the great north run which is september 19th this year. it'll probably take me 2 1/2hours roughly to run it. so i've another, just under, 2 hours to add to my 36 mins so far. a good trick for you is to do what i'm going to do, and what i did last time, and that was to do a 5k, then 10k then the half marathon. you can feel the build up. it's also good practice on race conditions. i have to say you'll be training through the worst weather conditions and you'll have to do it outside to get yourself ready for it. march.... brrrrrrrr, cold.

i'm not trying to put you off but just put a different perspective on it lol. :D

i'm going to do the race for life june sometime, middlesbrough tees pride in early september that's a 10k, then the GNR in middle of september. i'm having the other aspect of training... in the hot sun and heat and the prospect of running it whilst it's boiling hot.

I'm on strike!

Other half's kids due round for tea and staying tonight. They are really fussy with food and I'm sick of 'getting it wrong'. Plus we never know how many are staying until last knockings. It means rearranging rooms as we only have a 2 bedroom flat.

I end up running round like a blue a**e fly for HIS kids whereas my lad is as good as gold.

So, he can sort it out himself for once! Odds on about 5pm he'll ask what I'm doing for food. Well, I'm having a shake :-D

Over the moon!!

When I saw my CDC on Tuesday I had put on 2lb. I saw her again today as she is going away for a week and I've lost 7lb.

So happy xx

sue thats awesome well done

Thank you ladies x

My consultant is away in Jersey for 2 weeks from today so I won't see her until the 26th. I've got 2 days at my parents this week and then 3 days in Brighton the following week so I'll be happy to lose 4lb between now and the 26th as that will take me up to 2 stone lost and lighter than I've been in years xx

have a lovely time sue!

Hi Sue! Long time no speak, your doing great. Your postings make me laugh, I might try that one with my bloke. 'What's for tea?' 'You tell me!' lol

hi

hope you are having a fab time away.

Hi ladies

Been home and away again since that break but had a good time both times

Lots of s**t going down here so just a quick pop in to say 'hi' and hope everyone is well.

Son just home after a week in France with the school and other halfs kids due round over the weekend so will try to get in on Monday to have a look round properly xxx

Hey Sue, we've missed you. Come back properly soon! x

Hey Sue, we've missed you. Come back properly soon! x

Hiya, thank you x

All a pit s**t at the moment and CD having to take a back seat.

Can't say too much with this being open to public view in case a certain person is lurking (very very very unlikely but can't afford to take the risk!!) but somebody is about to get a very nasty shock. Our lives will become hell for a while over it but this person will finally find the karma bus has tracked them down!

Hope you are all well - definitely will catch up with everyone soon. I haven't had a minute to myself to read diaries so apologies if anyone has had any big events that I've not 'well done'd' etc on.

Must dash.

Job interview in 40 minutes and then escorting my son's class to basketball. Whooppeeeee-doooooo

Hugs to you all xxxx

hi Sue

Good to see you back, but sorry to hear you've had a rough time of it. I do hope the person that's caused it gets their "just deserves".

Good luck at your interview and don't worry about your diet, its the last thing you need to stress about and hey.. it'll be here and there for you when you are ready. Take care xxx

Hey Sue,

Just caught up on all of your postings. Congrats on your fab weight losses over the past few weeks, you've done so well!!

I hope you got things sorted out and your job interview went well.

Lou x
