Hope you had a fab birthday. And are now back down to earth and SW menus. It is so tough when you've been off plan and eating rich food to get straight back on it.

If it's any comfort I'm struggling too. W/end was lovely but rich fattening food. And now trying to retrain my tastebuds.

Well done Sugar Plum, I weighed exactly the same as you when I first started and I'm just trying to shed the weight and get to 15st by next summer. You are really an encouragement to me and you should be really proud of yourself plus you're lucky you have someone to support you.
