Supermarket Roast Chicken

Sorry if this has been asked recently but I searched and couldnt find a recent listing on it....

If I was to buy a roast chicken from say tesco/morrisons/sainsburys

As long as I remove the skin and any visible fat is it free?

I was under the impression morrisons was the only one where this was the case as all the other supermarkets injected the chicken with fat but I did see mentioned this was false.

Could someone please clarify for me?

I did look on the syns online tool but didnt have much luck.
