Hi there
I've just switched to SW as I'm 7wks pregnant. I don't really get it though as I've been feeling dog rough and couldn't concentrate at my first class. I even felt too sick to read the literature.

However, after a brief skim through could anyone tell me if I've got the idea of EE please?

Do I take...
1 from A
1 from B
Eat free food from both green and red days
When I choose something with syns I take the lower value syn
