Sweetner in Shakes?!

    Hi all, this post is gonna go one of two ways ....... either people will scorn and tell the cheating wrongs of putting (tablet) sweetners in shakes or people will hav worked this one out a long time ago and say "yeh I do that!" ...got a feeling i'll b advised not to but the beauty of this forum is I hav u lovely, hardcore dieting people to ask!x

    Yes you can. I do it too. You can have tablet sweetners in any of the allowed drinks....might make the chicken soup taste better! lol

    Yeah I did that, dissolve them first though in a tiny amount of boiling water.....

    Yeah, i add sweetners to shakes - they are allowed in coffee/tea so I presume its ok in shakes.

    If its allowed in tea/coffee, its allowed in shakes. Just like you can have raspberry leaf tea (LEAF only one though!!) which means, you can make it up as per normal with hot water, put it in the fridge to cool down and woop youve got a cold, refreshing 'juice'. Same with sparkling water too - add a couple of RLT bags to a glass of sparkling water, put it in the fridge (covered or it loses its fizz) overnight and youve got a fizzy, flavoured juice! :)

    I use sweeteners in my shakes too. Will try that Rasberry leaf 'juice' drink.
