Takeaway temptation

I have been persuaded by my hubbie to have a chinese takeaway tonight :break_diet:. As i don't want to mess my week up totally i have ordered Chicken and green pepper in black bean sauce and boiled rice. (I haven't actually eaten it yet)

Can anyone give me a ballpark for propoints to count for this. I've not touched my 49 weekly points as yet so I know I can count this!! :)
 
Looked in WW app & a chicken in black bean can be anything between 7-15 for a 500g pack. Then you ave to add rice as well. I just try to steer away from carbs lately like potatoes & rice or only have a tiny amount. Enjoy xxx
 
Thanks for the info Galaxy Girl! I'll count 15 points to be on the safe side and I didn't eat all the rice. :D
