Morning!!!!!! Well yesterday I literally ate myself into a food coma! I ate sooooo much $hit it's unbelievable... Here goes.....
Banana
Egg on toast x2

Chicken thigh
Ryvita minis
Mullerlight

Almond m&m's
Berry skittles
Blondie/brownie

Baked Camembert with ryvita thins, mini crostini, crisps and dips
Tuna pasta bake, salad and garlic bread
Strawberry pavlova

Oh my goddddd it was amazing and the kick up the bum to blitz these 2 weeks before holiday!!! Weighed this morning 2lbs heavier!!! So start weight of the 2 week blitz is 10st 4.5!!!

I'm eating totally clean, no cheats, nothing nice! For 2 weeks solid. I'm blitzing the exercise as well starting with a VERY long bike ride this morning!!! I'm away this weekend but am laying down the law with the food and will be back into training action on Monday.

Aim: not to weigh again until next Friday
Aim: to be 10st by Friday
Aim: to be in the 9's by the time I fly on 9th August!

Today:
Breakfast:
3 boiled eggs and a coffee

Lunch: seafood sticks and chopped peppers and tomatoes

Dinner: chicken in bacon, sugar snap peas and Babycorn

you eat so healthy!! do you not crave naughty food at all??

Hahaha are you bloody serious??? Look at yesterday's food haha! I love naughty food so much. When I'm focused, I have great will power but once I fall off the wagon, I find it hard to get back on xxx
 
8 mile bike ride done! Lunch eaten... Off to the pub for some diet cokes :)

Iv succumbed to my weekend lager, however I'm only having 3 cans instead of my usual 8 and iv opted for Coors Light instead of regular lager :)

Hahaha yeah it's a bit sore but hey ho!!! I'm away at my nans this weekend and have packed my running gear!!! Very determined to keep the fitness and healthy eating up!
