Tano's slimming world food diary

10st 2!!! I'm back down to my usual weight :D

Although...... I have been ill and haven't trained so I know some of that is muscle loss which pi$$es me off, but nothing I can do. If I'm ill, I'm ill. Feeling better today, hardly any coughing last night but definitely not ready or better enough for a long run like that.
I have no syns left at all after yesterday hahah but as that was like a practice run, I feel I've got the hang of it. Official weigh in is weds afternoon but I'm going to keep going until then. I know my weight will be higher as well on weds a it's an evening weigh in and I always weigh in the morning.
Today: EE
Porridge and skimmed milk (HEXA/B)
Honey (2.5 syns)
 
I'm Soooo looking forward to getting back to normal with food and exercise! cannot wait :)

Just been shopping and got some lovely dinners for my slimming world week which starts officially on Thursday but I'll follow plan in my own until then. Got a Mother's Day meal tomoz and we've got a cozy little night in tonight so going to have a relaxed food weekend and not worry too much. So an off plan weekend but not eating naughty if that makes sense???
Dinners for the week include:
Chilli and rice
Salmon and veg with baked sweet potato
Tomato n mozzarella salad
Fajita chicken with veg and sweet potato mash
Wholemeal pesto chicken pasta

Today food wise (off plan weekend)
Porridge with honey

Turkish delight mullerlight
2 wholemeal rolls with ham n pickle
Snack a jacks

Dinner: lamb burgers with sweet potato chips :)

Also decided I may make Pilates tomoz. Not gonna push it but if I feel like I did today, I'll defo be ok for a relaxing Pilates sesh! My fitness plans for next week if I'm up to it are:
Monday: kettle
Tuesday: off
Weds: kettle
Thurs: weights
Fri: off
Sat: off OR if I'm up to it, a 5k run (short to ease me in)
Sun; Pilates

Hardly any cardio in there which I what I need this week x
 
Had a pack of Brazil nuts and a cup of tea for a pre-Pilates brekkie. Will eat again after but not sure what yet.
Got a roast beef mothers day dinner today cooked by my Lil sister which I cannot wait for. Love hanging with my nephew today :D

I'm sure there will be some form of dessert but not sure what as everyone has already tucked into her Mother's Day cake hahaha!

I'm following slimming world plan again from tomoz and hopefully it won't be too much over 10st 2 by weds.

Food plan for tomoz:
2 eggs (free)
Skimmed milk (HEXA)

Mullerlight (free)
Tangerines (free)
2 weetabix (HEXB)

Salmon in garlic butter (2 syns)
sweet potato mash (2 syns)
Baby corn and sugar snap peas (free)

Total 4/105 syns
 
My friend at work has just started slimming world, thinking of trying it this wk by myself. I did it before yrs ago n lost quite a bit of weight doing red days but then joined again n did mostly green n hardly lost. I think too many carbs don't agree with me! Think I'd do the extra easy plan, worked out my syns yesterday n woulda have been 12 syns. want a healthy approach where I'm not counting every single little thing x x

It's a really good plan for me because I need to eat more due to the amount of exercise I do. Give it a go chick xxx

Dinner was lovely:

Roast beef, roast pots, Yorkshire pud x2
Green beans, carrots, Brussels, cabbage, gravy! :)
 
Followed by a huge chunk of choc fudge cake :)

Snack a jacks
Muller light Turkish delight (amaze) xxx
