exercise: did intend to do some but my computer was being slow and the websites connection was playing up so couldn't do any :( i didn't really have the energy to go running, felt a bit off today, a little dizzy!

friday and sat

ate my usual through the day then both nights had 9inch pizza, garlic breadx2 plus one of the days four small choc brownie squares. and both days pack of giant buttons.
was only suppose to do this on the friday but had real down days sat and just decided to do eat it then too!

Hello

Hi ya tasha have you lost any weight yet are you still taking those berries? Are you still going to class? I am doing sw from home and doing red days, so far have not lost much i have been doing it since april 6th and have manage to lose about 1/2 stone so was just wondering how u r getting on. I have not posted a diary here yet. But seriously thinking about doing it, maybe others could advise me on where i am going wrong.
 
hey hun. ive being doing slimming world since the middle of march and i haven't really lost anything either, but the thing is with me is that i follow it really well through the week but then on a weekend it kind of goes out the window and i eat chocolate. lots of it! i have mostly being doing lots of toning up exercises to try and get as toned as possible, which has being working. writing a food diary on here really helps to see what your eating, you should try doing one, others can always advise you if you feel like your doing it right. half a stone from april to now is actually really good. you should be proud of that! the berries are good, they give you loads of energy, they made me want to exercise all the time and they also help with bloating!

think i best post sundays food diary, just because otherwise i kind of feel like i am lying to my self

these were all eaten after like six o clock as I was craving so badly. turns out the next day (yesterday ) i came on my period so that explains the cravings! however i tend to eat a giant bag of choccie buttons every week anyway so i need to start looking at some of she sweet recipes to get ideas of cakes that are lower in syns, then prepare for the weekend!

extra easy

so very tired. couldn't sleep all night, then being on a medication course all day. so near to eating bad from tiredness but have avoided... so far...

breakfast: bran flakes milk banana

dinner: didnt have no choice but to get a sandwich as i was on the course. chicken choriza sandwich in brown - 330 calories, so around 16 syns but i guess things like the chicken would be free as I am on extra easy.

tea: largish jacket potato, chicken. veg
mayonnaise: 1.5

supper: x2 hot chocolates 4

syns: 21.5(over estimated)
calories:around 1320 s0 far...
 
ive also had a banana strawberries, grapes and miller light.

going to have a scone and jam! 9 syns

total syns . around 30 would be in normal range if it wasnt for the damn sandwhich

calories hmm around 2000...
