Hi, just getting back into slimming world after trying weight watchers. Today i am having a red day:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix(HOB)
Semi skimmed milk (HOA)
Quorn sausages (free)
Boiled Egg (free)

Lunch: Salmon Fillet (free)
Salad
Sweet chilli sauce (1 syn)

Dinner: Lean steak mince (Free)
100g boiled pasta (HOB)
28g Cheddar cheese (HOA)
Low fat pasta sauce (1 syn)

Snacks: Fruit

Is this ok?? Still learning x

hey babes. sorry i haven't shown my face on here for a while. it had dropped off my watch list for some reason...

sounds like you have a sound plan in place. how's it going? i have stocked up on loads of crunchy ww goodies as i kept going off the deep end with crisps. now i am starting to think that i may have gone a bit overboard as i seem to be living on fruit and crunchy things... ah well. i'm trying to find a balance i suppose

Evening all! I have been out for most of the day, I had a karate lesson this mornig then joined my friends for brunch. From there we went to Ikea (*shudders*) then to Asda and did lots of shopping! I have had too many Syns today but am still within my limits for the week so I think I will be ok!
