yes, taz they are right...You did what you thought was best for you. You know in your own mind that you have or haven't gained and really ( for me anyway) don't need anyone else telling you what you already know. You just have to get back on the horse and do it right. No excuses, no exception, just do it. Follow the plan, use you're syns, and take your time. And once you are able to exercise properly again, and you aren't on your TOTM then you'll see the results and feel spurred on to get more off. There is no point in worrying about things that can't be undone....just make the changes and move forward.
