Taz, I understand just how you feel. You know what has happened and really don't need anyone else to emphasise it. That is the reason I don't go to a group at all but you do and if you don't feel that going is a positive thing this week, leave it til next week. You have had a difficult week this week, with a lot of pain and inactivity so don't beat yourself up - you will be fine next week when all the squatters have b******d off x
 
I'm sure you made the right decision for you hun!!!! I think this week you should be 110% hun.... no treats or days off... till those pesky pounds are gone!!!!! :)

yes, taz they are right...You did what you thought was best for you. You know in your own mind that you have or haven't gained and really ( for me anyway) don't need anyone else telling you what you already know. You just have to get back on the horse and do it right. No excuses, no exception, just do it. Follow the plan, use you're syns, and take your time. And once you are able to exercise properly again, and you aren't on your TOTM then you'll see the results and feel spurred on to get more off. There is no point in worrying about things that can't be undone....just make the changes and move forward.

i'm glad you made a decision you are happy with honey. you have been doing so well. i have been eagerly following your food diary (well covered in my mack, hee) and everything you have been doing looks truly amazing. you'll get rid of those extras in no time at all!!

Thanks Abz abd Jenn, I hope I start to shift them soon. I have been to karate twice this week and I will go to kickboxing tomorrow night. I know it's not as much as I usually do but it's better than nothing. I have to work late shifts next week but I have Monday and Tuesday off so I will try to get at least 3 sessions in on those 2 days. I have had a minor choc-fest this evening but I am going to try to be better this week
 
well i have agreed to go to aerobics tomorrow. so i'll be going to two exercise classes a week now :) not sure what it includes as of yet and i have to be careful of my back but anything that stops me looking like such a pillock in the other class every week faster is a good thing. even if i have to look like a pillock in two classes for a little while, ha. i WILL get more fit :D

here's hoping!! hope it doesn't hurt my back though :( there's no description of what it is so me and a friend are just going to go and find out...
 
Abz - It's a good idea when you have back problems to make sure that it is low-impact aerobics you do as this is kinder to the back. My mate and I were looking at MBTs today (Masai Barefoot Technology) shoes that correct posture and make you exercise as you walk. They look amazing but most are around £145 a pair. Both of us have problems with our SI joints in the pelvic area and would love to try them www.swissmasai.co.uk Take a look at the link x

Gem, have you checked out the FitFlops as well? I want them. They are only £36, a bit better than £145!
 
No, I'll check them out. MBTs look amazing and are supposed to be like walking barefoot on soft moss. That is my favourite surface for walking on. x
 
i have looked at mbts but can't see any that i like the look of and i don't want to spend a fortune on something that i won't feel i look good in. i am waiting until i win the lottery and they bring out a style i like :D
