The 20-30 minutes Exercise per day challenge!

Just thought i would check in to say that i have now taken up doing excersize everydayyy for at least half hour so really happy :) hope everyone else is doing good :)
 
Hi I would love to aim to do 30mins per day!
Im terrible and very lazy but I get married in dec and need to get up off my a*se!!

What kind of things is everyone doin? And do you feel better for it??

Iv heard if you exercise you generally feel more energised in yourself x

Simple exercises do help. I used to have a friend who seriously wanted to lose weight. Every morning he will put in music and dance and dance till he was sweating. After which he did some 10 -15 mins walking and stretching. This eventually helped him lose quite some good amount of weight. The most important thing is to discipline yourself and stick to it. You guys have really done well, setting up this challenge.

But i also play Dance Central on the Kinnect a lot which is a great, easy and fun way to exercise.x
