Woke up at half 7 alrerady! Oh well. Had a 3 hour nap on the sofa yesterday.

60 ml fat free yogurt 30

seeds and stuff 100

1,5 quorn sausage 100
ww lemon and ginger cookies and coffee 100
tiny bit of crisps just wanted to try the stephen fry up...183 cal
4 crab sticks 70
cherry toms 30
muesli bar 108
mr men icecream 35
chicken breast 200

Just watched Black Swan...Best film I've seen for ages! Brilliant.
It's a Sunday morning, had my smoothie...I think I should stop calling it smoothie...I think I've been fooling myself and havinag milkshakes instead :p anyway...It was 250 cal
Will try and go for a walk today. Before that should watch another film. I like watching films in the morning then I won't fall asleep.

4th week already!!!
According to the scales I lost 2lb this week! Yay!

Lunch:
salmon with potatoes veg and sauce 300

Dinner:
quorn sausages 200
beetroot salad 50

some lovely pear cake! 300

Only 2 more sleeps and I'm off for 2 weeks. Fingers crossed that everything would be fine and I don't give in to my mum's treats.
Or drink too much. It's -34 right now in there so not going to go out much. Taking my laptop can play games or something.

Thank you both! I'll try and weigh myself where I can.
It's so stupid in there my mum will get upset when I don't eat. She has different understanding about healthy eating and diets and I won't try and change her! Wish me luck ;) x x

Does anyone know how to get more fiber and wholegrain into my diet without having carbs and calories?
I feel like I'm lacking some. I do have lots in my smoothie with linen seed but I was just wondering if anyone else got some special advice.
I know the obvious ones ;)

Around 1440 calories today. I think It's less because I usually put more down if I don't know the excact amount.

So I'm back. Going to continue where I left it. Didn't count any colories while I was away. It's just too hard because I mostly ate home made food and all the shop stuff even doesn't have calories on. So I just didn't do it and used my head to be reasonable. Ate lots of crap but I was on holiday so couple of treats are fine!
Anyway the scales say 89.5 kg (197 pounds) which is less than when I left so it's all good.

coffee skim milk 20

tomato soup 150
ww pie 220
sweets! 200 )probably less but that's the punishment :) scoop of ice cream 200
