So, about me.
As soon as I wake up, monday to friday I do 7miles a day on my exercise bike. Saturday and sunday I do 3.5 miles a day.
I do this religiously everyday before I eat.
The last week has consisted of the same meals everyday and it's resulted in a 6lb weightloss and I'm yet to get bored of eating them.
I don't go over 2.5 syns a day, ever. I know I'm allowed but I like to be strict and keep myself in line.
I have 5 Sainsburys meat free burgers (2.5syns / 0.5 each) with a tin of spagetti hoops.
I then have 4 small hovis as my 2 heB's and I do them dipped in whisked egg and fried in fry light.
If I get hungry again in the evening (which I usually don't) I have a baked potatoe with some laughing cow triangles (as my heA).
I drink nothing but sugar free juice and have all the sugar free juices that sainsburys offer in my cupboard downstairs
I'll keep this updated, and if I change it I'll be sure to mention it =]
