    110% back on track now, having gained 13.5lbs in a month. Ack.

    TGI Fridays - I figured a burger would be what, 30ish? May as well go for it...
    No, it was 57. And we shared onion rings - Another 10 points

    Tea -
    Steak in 2 slices of WW bread - Checked the NVs, it's correct at 5pp.

    Total for the day - 83

    NO WEEKLY LEFT - Infact, I am -2 on my weekly ones...

    f*** a duck...

    Oops.
    Tomorrow is a new day...

    Steak, Cheese & Onion Sandwich (8pp) - Yes, I know that is quite high for a mid-afternoon snack, but it is what is keeping me going through the day and I have a horrendous meeting later this afternoon...!

    I've started using WW Online to track my points - I guess this will be more "accurate" for calculating those where 1xitem = 1pp, 2xitem = 3pp... The tracker there also says that my daily allowance is 43, where I have been working on 42, and telling myself to have 40...

    Tuesday:

    I lost 7.5lbs this week, hurrah! Having a bit of leeway with my day today - I'm off work, so I'm at home and completely free to scoff away... Could be a disaster...!!

    Breakfast - (8pp)

    1 tbsp light Philly (1)

    Lunch - (11pp)

    WW Chicken Arrabiata Pizza (6)
    WW Caramel Crunch Dessert (5)

    Spicy Lamb (80g Lamb mince, spices, made into a "loaf", baked and thinly sliced) (5)

    (Might add a pitta for 4pp)

    Oh no :( My tescos doesn't always have the WW Malted Bread, but it does sometimes, it's a proper loaf rather than the Malt Loaf, the fruit bread. I never see that anymore :'(

    Righty!!! Food has been a bit manic the last couple of days, since I am off work... I made a chocolate fondant and it was GOOEY INSIDE and soooo delicious.... Definitely making that again!!

    I've had naughty food today... ! And eaten non stop, so not breaking it down into meals, per se..
