I've started using WW Online to track my points - I guess this will be more "accurate" for calculating those where 1xitem = 1pp, 2xitem = 3pp... The tracker there also says that my daily allowance is 43, where I have been working on 42, and telling myself to have 40...

I lost 7.5lbs this week, hurrah! Having a bit of leeway with my day today - I'm off work, so I'm at home and completely free to scoff away... Could be a disaster...!!

Oh no :( My tescos doesn't always have the WW Malted Bread, but it does sometimes, it's a proper loaf rather than the Malt Loaf, the fruit bread. I never see that anymore :'(

Righty!!! Food has been a bit manic the last couple of days, since I am off work... I made a chocolate fondant and it was GOOEY INSIDE and soooo delicious.... Definitely making that again!!
