You know those shaker things for mixing protein shakes...can they be used for CD shakes? Argos are selling the maximuscle ones quite reasonably and seeing as I'm off on hols in 2 weeks(SOOO LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!) and would like to kind of keep up with taking some shakes....

So is it worth my spending the money???

Yes!!! I loved mine, when I first started I was carryuign a blender everywhere and it just got to be a pain. Add a couple of ice cubes to the mixer and you get a gorgeous smooth shake - I think the ice breaks up the pockets of powder.

Beware when making hot shakes though cos the steam builds up pressure when you are shaking and the lid can pop off

Don't know about CD but those shakers are what is given to us on LL. In LL the older flavours can be quite lumpy made in it but the new shakes shake up really well - so it will depend on what the CD powders are like...

Just to say yes. Alot of my customers use them and say they are fine when on the go.
Although they are cheaper in Holland and Barrett. Only 3.99 there.

    Happy shaking!
