LOL, I too thought that movie was a porn! Probably he did too? Now today he insists on telling me all about the movie ...ugh.

4lbs GONE! Another 3lbs and I will be under the 200 mark. BUT, another 2lbs and it will officially be 5 stone lost, never to be found, since June of last year. Can I get a koooooo -eeeeeee? Little whoop whoop from the back too.

Got my meal packs and will be trying the chili con canage tonight. Just need to eat right now!! Porridge with my cranberry bar crumbled in as I missed breakfast and am now on lunch.

Okay, so the chili con carnage wasn't so tasty. I added some tobasco (5 drops) to improve the taste - just plain nasty. Not gonna give up on it and will attempt the carnage again in a few weeks. I ate all but 2 bites of the mush.

So for the last day of week 3 Menu

Breakfast/Lunch - porridge with cranberry/raspberry bar crumbled in. I was smart enough this time to cook the porridge first THEN add in the bar!

Dinner - chili con carnage
Snack - vanilla shake

True to the word, next weeks menu will be 2 shakes per day, 1 porridge and then a bar. I just can't give those bars up. Not really a fan of the toffee or nut fudge so I got peanutcruch, lemon and cranberry/raspberry.

Mouth is still like sandpaper and my lips continue to stick to my teeth. I am not a good conversationalist by any means....but am a good conversation for others when this happens.

With the other end: all I can say is wallpaper glue. Think I will invest in some softeners for this area :(

Roll on week 4!! Hoping for another fast week.

I have been tempted to try the chili, but think I will give it a miss still. No one can convince me it tastes nice. I struggled with the porridge so I survive mostly on shakes wit the odd bar thrown in for good measure.


My mouth is like a sewer most morning so I do understand what you mean its horrible.

In all honesty, the chili does smell nice! Looks terrible, but still smells nice.
I struggled eating it and there was something missing to the taste! Can't put my finger on it just yet but as I said, will give it a try again in a few weeks. I defo couldn't eat it more than once a week!
Pureéd baby food would best describe it.

Glad someone else as a sewer mouth in here first thing in the morning. it IS a nasty feeling! Are you finding the more you drink the thirstier you are? I just cant get enough water!!
 
Pureed baby food is the decider, I am never touching that carnage stuff lol Have you tried adding a touch of salt I found that helped with the soup oh and a little pepper too.

Well I read a post from someone else who said the sewer mouth was down the being dehydrated, I increased my water for a good few days and it seemed to disappear, but the past couple of days I barely managed 4 litres and woke with a film of nastiness in my mouth, not nice lucky I dont have a bloke he would run a mile ha! I am never thirsty but thats nothing new I could go allday without a drink it wouldnt bother me to be honest. xx

Week 4
Day 1

This is the week I am doing 2 shakes per day, ONE porridge and one bar. Give me strength.

Breakfast - Vanilla shake
Lunch - Porridge
Dinner - Vanilla shake (and I added some nutmeg to it)
Snack - cranberry/raspberry bar

I almost caved at dinner. O/H brought home M&S cajun chicken. I LOVE cajun chicken, probably more than I love him! hahahaha
The smell...oooOOOOooooo the smell, just about did me in.
I fought it off, ran a bath - threw in some epsom salts, and got back into something I hadn't done in awhile: meditate.
Started to try and visualize myself thin and in a size 10 or 12. Not much luck cause i began to wonder WHERE this extra skin is gonna go! Crap!!!!

Water thus far is 2 litres and will try to get more in as the night goes on.

Days activities were: Wii fit for 15 minutes (hula hooped for 6) and did some abdominal crunches....along with some yoga.
Went for a walk along the beach, came home and then housework.
Aren't I exciting?!?
 
OMG you are so active, well done I can barely move off the sofa for lack of motivation. Although started to up it this week.

I have a visualisation board (not sure if I told you that before) I have had one for a while now it holds all sorts of things. Have you read the book The Secret? if you havent you should its brilliant gave me a new outlook on life in general. Because you are into meditating and visualisation I think you would enjoy it.

I was wondering about the extra skin too xx

Hi Carly! How long have you been on LL? Any tips, tricks or victims of those who tempted you?
The extra skin is gonna be interesting and where to hide it!! You are right...better than being fat.
Wonder if there is discounts on tummy tucks anywhere.
 
Ive been on 26 weeks and lost 8 stone, no real tips or tricks, just keep busy on the bad days and ignore all people who feel the need to say how unhealthy it is etc
