Yeah try this. Oooh or a milky coffee is yummy. Just zap a mug of milk for minute and a half, add instant coffee and sugar or sweetener (if you like) and its a yummy milky latte (almost). Or add hot choc instead!

If you really aren't hungry after the intake then there's no point forcing yourself to eat though xx

Thanks guys, You know dilute pop such as robinsons do you have to point that? I don't drink tea or coffee i have to really fancy it so altho its a great idea i cant do it grrrr!!

Getting some scales today and i know i'll end up weighing myself tomorrow morning but going to try and resist till Monday, but i have to ask this, how come some times your clothes are dropping off you but it doesnt show in weight? My work trousers and knickers are literally hanging down and am constantly pulling them up but if i get on the scales it'll probably show STS or gain confuzzled!!!

mad isnt the word!!! I've not had my skips or my forest fruit and i had pizza again with chips and it still doesnt come up to 54, oh and bought the scales and had a sneaky weigh hmmmm SO wish i didnt :(

Different scales hon, they might not weigh you the same. My 2 sets weigh me differently! x

Scales are nasty and sometimes not accurate eg. yesterday 11am i weighed myself on boots scales weighing 12 stone 4! At 4pm on my own scales i weighed 12 stone 1. Today i weighed in 11 stone 13.5. It fluctuates so easy. I am constantly sneaky peeking at scales and im trying to cut it out as it gets me annoyed when i see a high number :( x
 
Same for me. Weighed yesterday morning. I was 11st 12 apparently. Weighed again this nothing and I was 11st 8.5 LOL. Scales can be nasty ******* love. Chin up, you're doing great, you said yourself you can feel the inch loss in your clothes... X

Yeah you guys are right as always, I just had a really bad day yesterday and I shouldnt have weighed myself last night as I always do it in a morning, so i weighed myself again this morning and I've put like 1lb 1/4 on, but thats me not weighing myself since last Monday and buying new scales so i guess i can't be too hard on myself, Altho i still can't eat all my dailys rather doing my head in only way i'd be able to do it is buy having Mc Ds every night hehe.

Weekend with the boyfriend this weekend so alot of AP coming my way haha

Scales are evil creatures sent to torture us! Just think they are new scales so 1lb is not bad at all!! When we went from the one with needle to digital I gained about a stone! Lol

lmao not so simple tho Tras he was rushed to hospital with suspected heartattack yesterday hes only 28!!! Lucky tho because he's onlyg ot a really bad chest infection which hes on anti-biotics and pain killers for now, but he's been warned to stop smoking! And i think yesterday really did kick home for him. So nope no weekend now grrrr

Carly, blimey a whole stone? I was expecting to put on a lot more than a pound purely because the weight watchers scales are not that great so am happy, i need to do more excercise than what i'm doing because at the minute am not doing any due to a knee injury :( How's things going with you chuck?x

Arggggggggghhhhhh bad!!! Then again with only guessing the baguette and chilli it comes to 61 points.

hey Jem, hes fine thanks feeling soooo much betetr after having a long weekend off. Wasnt allowed to kiss him so i fear i may need chapstick this weekend!!!! lol Are you still on the rampage dear? I'm getting there this week.

On a plus note i know someone selling a cross trainer for £75 so might treat myself to one least i can do it at home and watch TV hahaha am soooo lazy!!!

Well hello everyone! I've been gone for three weeks, due to net problems and medical conditions altho i've not been exercising or sticking to the diet i'm glad i've not put on anything so i'm still at the same weight i was three weeks ago! I'm not back and allowed to do exercise so i'm back on here and ready to do this shizzle dizzle! Food diary to follow!! xx
