food diary for tuesday -

woke up feeling very sick and seemingly hungover - even though I didnt drink last night (apart from diet coke)

breakfast - had to have grease today, the moment I came round I had to have, so had a sausage and hash brown sandwich from work canteen - too many syns to count!!!

mid morning - alpen light bar (Half HB)

lunch - jacket potato and beans - free
muller light
plum

mid afternoon - alpen light bar (half HB)

tea - no idea what I want tonight, think it will be the easiest option, chickpea dahl and pasta - free
 
Hey hunny, just saw your msg! Sorry to hear about your gain, but as you said you'd had a funny week and you had such a mega loss last week, you're still up on the deal, and you're bound to shift that next week!! I was quite pleased with my 1lb gain, it has to be said! After what I ate I MUST have gained more than that but I have been pretty angelic since so probably pulled it back a bit!! Trying to be ultra good this week but for some reason have one hell of an appetite! Isn't it strange how some days/weeks are like that!! Hope you have a fab week, I'm working non-stop so that's good for me as it means I stay active and avoid some of the temptation and picking that I get when I'm at home/socialising!!XXXX

breakfast - 3 weetabix (1.5 HB) plus milk (HA)

lunch - cous cous 1 syn
bag of crisps - 6.5 syns

mid afternoon - tomato&herb pasta and sauce - free, 1 slice hovis soft white - 4.5 syns
nibbled on some beetroot - free
apple and pear

tea - big bowl of syn free rice pudding!! yum yum

mid afternoon - big bowl of vlf fromage frais with sweetner and options white chocolate - 2.5 syns and pineapple, plus 1 alpen choc and fudge crushed ino it (0.5 hb)

before swimming - 4 mikado white chocolate sticks - 2 syns

after swimming - chickpea dahl and rice (free) and 1 slice bread 4.5 syns

total syns - 9.5

no breakfast - been really busy this morning

lunch - (well, call it mid afternoon seeing as i've just had it and its 3.25!! LOL) 2 small granary rolls - 13 syns, with grilled chicken and mushrooms - free - with 28g cheddar cheese (HA) and 2tblsps extra light mayo - 2 syns

had all my syns in one meal, but by heck it was sooooo worth it!!!

gonna make a quiche today, havent made one in a while, this will be dinner tonight, possibly with sw chips, will decide later

lunch - a massive bowl of chickpea dahl and rice - free

supper - syn free rice pudding with tsp of lemon curd (i got the taste of it earlier! LOL - 1 syn)

well, wi tonight and I maintained, which I am happy with as I didn't feel like I'd lost anything at all. The new consultant was really nice, and I actually feel like I've got my mojo back. Determined to do well this week!!

mid morning - alpen light bar

lunch - jacket potato with beans and cottage cheese, muller light, apple, banana

mid afternoon - alpen light bar and activia ff yogurt

tonight - nectarine and several slices of toast (my usual post weigh in treat night) but to be honest, I didn't really enjoy it and regretted it afterwards.

Hey Tina, glad you're fine with your STS this week, particularly as you say you weren't expecting a loss!! Sometimes that's fine!! The great news is that you've found your mojo and feeling positive about next week which I think is the main thing really!! There's never any point in being all negative because I find that just leads to negative behaviour and where did that ever get anyone?!!! Well done chick, look forward to hearing how you're doing through the week!XXX

right, been to weigh in and gained, again, not gonna put how much, but thats it now. im fed up of going every week and paying my money for someone to tell me ive put weight on. so thats it. pull my socks up time and time to get down to some hard work. i'll admit ive not been concentrating, and its time for me to take me by the scruff of the neck and kick me up the backside!
