Friday 3rd October - Green - target 25 syns - WI day - Lost 1/2 lb which isn't much but I have been VERY lucky not to put on after the weekend I had!!

Thursday 9th October - Green - feeling like I may have put a little bit of weight on this week not sure why. * week starting Sat so could be that! Apart from pizza Sat night I have stuck to plan, and I usually have some kind of takeaway on a weekend anyway.

Saturday 11th October - tgt 25 syns - will be a bit difficult today as going out tonight to an awards type thing so the meal is provided going to stick to a green day as i believe the meal is a Sunday dinner type meal so I can save a HEB for meat and the potatoes and veg will be free (will have to estimate syns for what they are cooked in though!) I'll try not to have any syns all day then i can eat the pud if it's something nice :rolleyes:

Sunday 12th October - not feeling great today, will try to stick to it but I doubt I will! * week! Will more than likely end up eating too much sugary food, I normally do!

Total syns: 31, I have lost motivation a little bit as I know I'm going away next week for a few days to the Lakes so won't be sticking to diet then. Plus I don't feel great at the mo am suffering this month (excuses excuses!!)
 
Monday 13th October - Green Day will decide later. I don't think I'm in the right frame of mind to plan everything and stick to it this week so instead of putting too much pressure on myself and then end up feeling rubbish about it all, I'm just going to try and loosely stick to it and aim to sts this week. Every day I think I'll decide what to have as I go along so I'm not thinking about food all the time!! I will still update my diary though so I don't completely lose track.

Wednesday 15th October - Green Day - feeling a little better so far although it's still early but the headache I've had for 2 days seems to have gone (fingers crossed!). Again I will try and at least loosely stick to the plan today.

I know I'm a day in front!!! Was trying not to plan this week but I guess it's become a bit of a habit!

Friday 17th October - Green Day and WI (-1lb!) - I GET MARRIED A YEAR TODAY!!!
:character00250: Will stick to plan up til tea time but then having a takeaway at my sister's and although I will try not to eat too much of it and choose fairly wisely I won't be sticking to plan tonight! Off work next week, going to the Lakes for a few nights so for the next week I won't be on plan I'll still try and be fairly good and write here when I get the time so I don't lose track for a full week. Hopefully won't put on more than 1-2lbs as I can lose that in the couple of weeks following. Anyhoo here's the plan for Friday:

Snk: Alpen Light summer fruits (yum! 1/2 HEB)

:eek: Well I haven't updated my diary for a week as I've had a week off work and went away to the Lakes for a few nights which was a nice break! Didn't stick to plan at all but I needed the break to be honest. Am not starting back on plan til Monday when I go back to work but thought I'd start recording what I'm eating today and tomorrow to try and get back into the swing of things! Think I have put 3lbs on :break_diet:but will be trying my best to get them off again this week.

Saturday 25th October (mix 2 max sort of!! :eek:)
