Thanks hun, yea i was thinking the same. I'm not too worried about it. Just work harder next week :)
 
here is my updated diary for today, definitely had to force myself to eat my points today

breakfast - 3x tesco value pancakes 5pp with choc philly 2pp = 7pp

lunch- 0pp soup and 3x slices ww bread - 4pp
hula hoops -4pp (probably wont eat them) :(

dinner - beef curry with rice 11pp

still feeling quite grotty today :( majorly bad headache and swollen glands but managed to go for a nice 3k walk along the beach today with the hubby.

todays food
breakfast - crunchy nut cornflakes 5pp

lunch - mini meal of chips and burger - 14pp ( kids sized portion)

dinner - jacket potato 6pp , baked beans, 4pp and 2 slices of bacon medalions 2pp = 12pp in total

snacks x2 pancakes with choc philly ( im a bit addicted to these now haha) 5pp

WI day tomorrow, dreading it now agh! Trying to be very good today so here is my diary.
Breakfast half a fruit smoothie with 50g fat free vanilla yogurt and frozen melon, papaya, mango and pineapple 1pp

Lunch wheat and white mission deli mini wrap 3pp
50g castle lea Chinese chicken chunks 2pp

WI day today....WOW i actually lost 0.75lbs!! almost a full 1lb! so pleased with that after my splurge on Valentnes day. :)
Could also be that im drowning myself in 3litres of water a day too hehe will update my food diary in a bit. YAY so happy :)

carrot and swede mash (nothing added except salt and pepper) 0pp

ive done sooooo much exercise today. Kettlebell class for an hour and then an hour of netball earlier this evening. My muscles are killing me!

been naughty today and weighed myself, saying ive lost 1.3lbs! hopefully it will stay like that for next friday. I hope i dont get into the habit of weighing myself everyday again :S took me ages to stop myself before haha

getting so fed up with the lack of weight loss at the moment.

I will be going to ayai nappa in may with my sister and wnat to look half way decent in a swimming cossie so i am going to try an 5 day low carb bikini blitz whilst still counting points.
