Always wear clean underwear - you never know when you might be in an accident....Although if I was in an accident I think I'd prob crap my nice clean pants anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont drink too much water before bed (self explanitry)
Try not to weight yourself every day (wish i could follow my own advise)

Create a paperclip chain with how many pounds you are.....when you loose the pounds start a new chain and see the chain grow and the other one disapear :)
