    I had this idea last night before I went to sleep.......

    I love all the tips on here but was thinking how great it would be if everyone posted a very BRIEF (one or two sentances) tip!!

    Example - Drink lots and lots of water.

    Kinda like a bullet point topic

    Always wear clean underwear - you never know when you might be in an accident....Although if I was in an accident I think I'd prob crap my nice clean pants anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Dont drink too much water before bed (self explanitry)
    Try not to weight yourself every day (wish i could follow my own advise)

    Create a paperclip chain with how many pounds you are.....when you loose the pounds start a new chain and see the chain grow and the other one disapear :)

    Make your shakes with more water than the recommended amount. (Adds to your total water amount)
